Just to let you know that some of the flickr uploaders don't know the right license. The images from BPL like this you passed are always "cc by 2.0", not cc by sa: [1]

When I marked a few of his images, I always have to change the license from cc by sa.

Why did I cropped the photo of the demonstrators? It was for use it in the English WP Glenn Beck article; when the photos are shown as thumbs in default setting, they are extremely small so a crop was necessary for any of its content of human figures holding signs to even be slightly discernable. As it was, this particular section of the this particular photograph was best group shot of Beck supporters that I could find among the entire set of the photographs that had been uploaded to Flickr (with the generic Creative Commons 2.0 license) by their photographer, since her mission really was to document those protesting Beck at the event in question and not those supporting him. (I also cropped another photograph she had taken that had the best group of Beck protesters, and I posted both of these shots in the article. Oh and btw, the reason I re-cropped the photo from the first, more panoramic one I'd uploaded is because I needed it to match the dimensions of the shot I ended up with of anti-Beck demostrators. I ended up pairing them side-by-side, with one caption below the paired shots.)Justmeherenow (talk) 18:27, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

I was also busy with the review of the file but I was not able to find it on FLickr. I wrote an email to the (probable) author of the picture to answer if the picture is from him and if he would grant License OTRS for the picture.
