Yes, it is multilingual, but the majority of the users are speaking English, as well as English being the language of the user interface (for now). Most people understand what "missing coat of arms" means, even if they don't, they can deduct it easily from other filenames. PeepP 12:49, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
