Hi, you can find the text on the layer named "etiquette". The layer is locked so if you want to change the text, you need to click on the lock to unlock the layer. if you use Inkscape, you can find the layers windows in Layer->Layers (Shift + Ctrl + L) or you can click on the lock near the layers lists in the bottom of the main windows of Inkscape. You are right. But I forget to specify that the background end geography is from Image:LauttasaariMap.png and I use the map of karttapaikka.fi for details. I don't think is a copyright violation to use names and water depth from a map. The datas are not copyrighted but it's the style of the map. My map is a schematic one. We have a discussion about that on french wikipedia before doing this map.

However if this map become a problem for commons and users, I wouldn't oppose for her destruction. --Pinpin 09:52, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello, I know that you will hate me (better say it loud...), but the point does not appear always on your/our curve, nor the second little bar on the segment.

I think that for sake of clarity, it would be better to suppress the two arrows and above all the little transverse bars on the segment between R and P+Q (they were there to show some equality which is not important for this article, and as one of them does not appear, it is in fact very misleading). And of course, I would like very much to see the point for P+Q, but I understand that nothing can be done for this, on our article, it is not visible and I see it here as I write. Hi Pinpin, many thanks for this translation. Please make the following corrections: Saguntum; Tarentum; Croton; Tyrrhenian Sea; R. Trebia (it's a river not a lake. one b only); R. Ticino; eliminate French accent grave on L. Trasimene; eliminate "Metaurus (207)" as it is not relevant to this map. Can you please also add the name for the Rhone river: "R. Rhone"? Salut. Thanks for the translations. Still a few corrections for the first map (Hannibal route of invasion-en.svg). Also some geographical modifications are needed

The spelling of "Balearic Islands" is incomplete, as are the dates (218) for the battles of rivers Ticino and Trebia.
Please add (in blue) the name of the Rhone river (North of Massilia).
Gades please remove accent grave.
Also eliminate dates (208) in N. Spain and (204) off the West coast of Sicily.
Please add date (203) to route arrow from Croton to Zama.
The route arrow between R. Trebia and L. Trasimene is inaccurate: it should stay North of the mountains (not in the mountains) until it turns south halfway between Trebia and Ariminum and crosses them.
L. Trasimene should be 3mm to the South East of its present position. The course of the river Tiber should also be moved eastwards in tandem and should end at the same level as L. Trasimene
Eliminate the following route arrows (they are inaccurate and oversimplify many more movements over 13 years): Cannae to Tarentum; Tarentum to Capua; Capua to Croton; Croton to Rhegium; and Rhegium to Croton.
The route arrow from L. Trasimene to Cannae should be modified. It is OK until halfway, but then it should go to Capua first and then from Capua to Cannae.

Salut. I am sure of the changes: they are based on the text of the article, which in turn is based on Livy, the original source. The source map used is inaccurate. Good attempt on changing the Trebia-Trasimene arrow, but it goes too far. It should turn south and cross the mountains where the Arno river starts. Also, is there some software problem? the "Balearic Islands" caption is now illegible on my screen. So is the "river" of Rhone river. Actually you can eliminate it, as Rhone is OK on its own. Hi. Well done, the route arrows are good now. As for movements in the period between Cannae and the final departure from Croton (216-03 BC), we don't need to show them here: this map is just about the initial invasion route. The campaigns Hannibal fought after Cannae (all in S Italy) are complex and cannot be shown on a small-scale map like this without the arrows looking like a plate of spaghetti. Thanks again. Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait d'erreur au vu du site d'Amnesty intrenational. Si vous proposez une meilleure source, il est possible de contester le diagramme. Vous pouvez aussi en parler avec Urban. Bonjour. J'ai dû supprimer tes photos qui représentent la Géode, car c'est une œuvre d'Adrien Fainsilber, protégée par le droit d'auteur. En France, la loi n'exempte pas du droit d'auteur les œuvres situées sur l'espace public (voir fr:Liberté de panorama sur Wikipédia). Un éditeur de cartes postales a déjà été condamné pour contrefaçon pour avoir représenté la Géode sans autorisation de l'ayant-droit (Cour d'appel de Paris, 23 octobre 1990, Sté Fotogram-Stone et autres c./ la Cité des sciences et de l'industrie).

Que veut tus dire par une « carte google » mes connaissances d'internet sont parfois réduite sur certains points !

Autrement il me faut juste une carte de Planoise (qui pour info est un quartier de Besançon), mais si la chose n'est pas trop compliquer à faire j'en veut bien également une globale de Besançon voir également une de l'ensemble de la région Franche-Comté, je suis actuellement sur ce sujet et sa pourrait me servir pour amélioré des articles.
