[edit] Commons:Deletion requests/File:Flag of the Kingdom of Humanity.svg
Could you explain to me why the image was restored? I'm a little mystified. J Milburn (talk) 20:29, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- Do you feel my original tagging with {{npd}} was incorrect? Should I have nominated there from the beginning? J Milburn (talk) 21:47, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- If someone edit wars to remove a legitimate speedy deletion/quasi-speedy deletion notice, the image should instead be sent to a deletion discussion? As I said before, AnonMoos failed to provide any evidence during our discussions while he repeatedly removed the tag (which was reinstated by myself and others) and so I'm somewhat sceptical that he will provide any if it is sent to a deletion discussion. I concede that a discussion will certainly resolve the issue, but I'm not really seeing it as the best possible solution... J Milburn (talk) 21:57, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Commons:Deletion requests/File:Knochenhand.jpg
You deleted the file knochenhand.jpg. I at first uploaded the wrong version, this one had been deleted. Than I uploaded the right version (lower resolution), and the permission of the author has being sent to permissions.wikipedi.org. I have the copy of the permission mail. What's wrong. ? --Marinelli (talk) 10:58, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
I saw you deleted all the files relating to Gerhard Gepp. There are Fussball_und_Freud.jpg, Saurier.jpg, Fenster_jpg and Fernseher_jpg.
I wanted only the high resolution deleted, and the low resolution uploaded is okay. this is a mistake. Could you please undo the deletion of Aug. 21? Thank you. --Marinelli (talk) 11:15, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry about that; I thought you wanted to upload even lower resolution files. I have restored the following: File:Knochenhand.jpg, File:Fussball_und_Freud.jpg, File:Saurier.jpg, File:Fenster.jpg and File:Endspiel.jpg. I couldn't find looking like Fernseher_jpg. Since you have forwarded permission to OTRS, could you add {{OTRS pending}} to the description pages? Again, sorry about the mistake. Pruneautalk 11:36, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Thank you very much for your work on my two pictures. Its quite funny: I've taken them whith a cheap digital camera, and I remember that I've been a bit jealous of a professional photographer who used a SLR-zoom lens of a stovepipe-like size I had never seen before. One of his photos was now printed in one of our national newspapers, but it had no better quality than my Blackburn-photo. --Gerbil (talk) 14:41, 15 October 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Your image File:Château de Bonrepos.jpg
I was beginning an article for the English WikiPedia on the Chateau de Bonrepos, home of Pierre-Paul Riquet, the designer of the Canal du Midi. Do you know if your picture is of his home? I note that the lat/lon you provided for the photo is markedly different then the one provided on Bonrepos-Riquet. GloverEpp (talk) 20:50, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
- Hi, I'm afraid I don't know anything about this castle: all I did was transfer the file from Flickr. The details of the photographer are given on the file description page, so you could ask him about it. The location give on the file page were also copied from the Flickr page. [edit] WikiProject Permission Requests
In the Village pump, you expressed interest in a permission requests coordination project. WikiProject Permission requests is now up and running, and would welcome your help in the team! -- JovanCormac 09:15, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know! I added myself to the list of members. I can only be semi-active right now, but it should be better quite soon. Pruneautalk 19:38, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
