| Image deletion warning | Image:Deathmarches-clandestine.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry. If you created this image, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. If the file is up for deletion because it has been superseded by a superior derivative of your work, consider the notion that although the file may be deleted, your hard work (which we all greatly appreciate) lives on in the new file. Hello
thanks for your uploads
Unfortunetaly, when you uploaded pic in reference, you forgot license and by this way this one runs risk of deletion. Could you tag it with a valid license as your other pics.

- Thank you. Is it ok now? --Pvasiliadis 21:21, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] JEHOVA_Raymundus_Pugio_Fidei_1270_a.png
I see that you uploaded this picture. The text in Jehovah and elsewhere suggests that the actual text says "yohoua". Someone removed the actual text in black and inserted a text in red. Now this image does not prove anything other than that one can doctor an image to show whatever one wants. So I wonder: (1) is it true that the actual text says "yohoua"? (2) do you have an unmodified image? Perhaps an image of the two entire pages? 213.84.53.62 22:15, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
- Dear friend 213.84.53.62, I myself painted red this word so as to emphasize it. I have also available the whole page. But, also, I mention the source of my picture, so anyone can check it for himself. --Pvasiliadis 20:49, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

- Thanks for confirming. I am just trying to check the data without travelling to New York. Most sources seem to mention "yohoua" but your image shows "Jehova". Are these other sources mistaken? Are there several manuscripts with different readings? 213.84.53.62 22:20, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello Pvasiliadis!
Thank you for providing images to Wikimedia Commons. Commons images are used by editors on many projects in many languages. Each image is put into categories. This helps other editors find them. Please add categories to each image you upload.
To add an image to a category, add the following code to the end of the page.
- [[Category:Category Name]]
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbit of comets, add the following to the image description page:
- [[Category:Astronomy diagrams]]
- [[Category:Comets]]
This will make the diagram show up in the categories: Astronomy diagrams, Comets.
For further information on categories read Commons:Categories.
The CommonSense Tool often helps you find the best category for your image.
Here is a gallery of your images. Please check that each image has a category. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the help desk. Thank you.
