Logos of Chilean political parties (PDC and PS)
Before putting them as "copyvio" you should read their description and the Chilean copyright law. Both logos were used in the 1940s, so they are in public domain as works done as a corporation are considered to be under PD "if they were first published before September 16, 1962". In both cases (at least in the case of the File:Emblem of the Socialist Party of Chile.svg and File:Flag of the Christian Democrat Party of Chile.svg), the images were published before that threshold and are in PD (the "own work" tag refers to the particular version of this image).
I've seen you have tagged a lot of images as copyvio. Before doing that, you should consider all this. Some images are ok to be deleted but some don't pass the threshold of originality or are also under public domain. --B1mbo (talk) 01:32, 7 March 2013 (UTC)
