[edit] Maps of African states

@ Sadalmelik, you're delighting the community with topographic maps of African states. In lots of articles up to now simple maps are used, that only show bigger cities and perhaps the most important rivers. Your maps would be more usful, if you integrate these informations, i.e. if you mark the most important cities in the topos, with (scientific transcription of) the names used in the shown counztry. Places and names are easier to read, if the altitude colours are a bit paler. If you do so, the old simple maps can be withdrawn.
