A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons from Flickr, File:Sant Blai.jpg, has been reviewed by an administrator or reviewer and found it available on Flickr under the license Noncommercial (), No derivative works (), or All Rights Reserved (), which isn't compatible with Commons. Unless the Flickr user changes the license to one that Wikimedia Commons accepts, the file will be speedy deleted if it hasn't been already. Commons:Flickr files/Appeal for license change has information about sending the Flickr user an appeal asking for the license to be changed. Only Flickr images tagged as (CC-BY) or (CC-BY-SA) are allowed on Commons. Once the license on Flickr is changed, you may replace the {{Unfree Flickr file}} tag with {{flickrreview}} so that an administrator or reviewer can review the image again, or ask an administrator to restore the file if it has been deleted.

Realmente crees...

..que categorías como esta: Category:Demonstrations and protests in El Viso del Alcor by type se van a rellenar alguna vez en un futuro cercano? Perdona que te lo diga de manera tan directa y poco amable pero me parace que las categorizaciones que estás haciendo carecen totalmente de sentido. Saludos, tyk (talk) 15:32, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

El problema está en que estás creando subcategorías muy específicas para municipios pequeños de los que no hay ni 20 imágenes siquiera. Las categorías de "ciudad en tal año" son para municipios sobre los que tenemos muchas imaágenes, no para que cada pueblo de España tenga esa categoría. Con lo que estás haciendo solo consigues que haya que clickear tropecientas veces para acceder a una imagen.

Tapoco le veo sentido a que empieces a crear las categorías "provincia de en tal año" cuando aun no están organizadas así todas las comunidades autónomas. Hay que intentar seguir un orden de mayor a menor: países, regiones, provincias y municipios. Saludos, tyk (talk) 19:31, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
