[edit] L&M

I saw that you took a photo of L&M cigarettes last year (I assume you smoke them). I noticed there were a few European photos of packs but not any from America. I went ahead and took a photo of what a carton looks like and a single pack of what I smoke. File:Lm menthol carton pack.JPG. Let me know what you think or if you'd like any more photos. Well, I guess you could take a snap of other packs or single cigarettes. If you take some pictures that will be great.--sevela.p (talk) 12:57, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
Here's one I took at a gas station today. File:Lm us selection.jpg. Mike Halterman (talk) 05:51, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
Nice, but your photos are kind of blurred. This is caused by your camera or light? --sevela.p (talk) 10:02, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
Maybe both. I cropped the photo and it was kind of blurry anyway because it was from a phone camera. Is there any way it can be retouched? Mike Halterman (talk) 10:50, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
I have no idea how to remove blurry. I think any graphics software can do that. --sevela.p (talk) 12:55, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
I'm a bit inexperienced for that. :) Mike Halterman (talk) 17:12, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
A new L&M flavor was introduced in the United States last week. File:Lm bold carton pack.JPG and File:Lm bold pack cig.JPG are the photos. :) Mike Halterman (talk) 07:06, 15 November 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Europe parliament images

Hello, you have transferred from from en:wiki File:Marta Andreasen EP.jpg that come from Europe partliament, but according to EU parliament webpage policy [1] they dont allow derivatives, nor commercial usage and according to Commons licensing policy are subject of speedy deletion. Please read more about this issue here Commons:Deletion_requests/Template:EuroparlTag --Justass (talk) 21:50, 1 December 2009 (UTC)

Thats correct, see Commons:Deletion requests/Template:EuroparlTag. The image on en.wp must be a very old remaining. The EU parlament once allowed for commercial reuse in their website disclaimer but never for derivatives. That was an example of a typical press license. --Martin H.
