OTRS check

Hello ShakataGaNai. Since you have access to OTRS database, could you please do me a favor and check these pending requests:

  1. Image:Goztepe bus.jpg
  2. Commons:Deletion requests/Template:ITTF - this one has been pending since June. There are about 50 images using this template, so if the permission is not there, I'd like to delete them. Please also see archived discussion for more info.

Hi Shakata! I think it was an error cause you didn't checked that this image was "reviewed and confirmed to be licensed under creative commons", the fact it's that later the creator changed the license ¿should the creator's regret be binding for us?

My real name

I used my real name to try and get a picture back up. I was successful, but wouldn't mind having my name deleted now. I know we shouldn't edit archived threads, but can I remove the "real" names in one?LedRush (talk) 19:43, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

It will probably get reverted. I'd suggest, if you try, to replace it with something like "REDACTED" and put a note in the edit summary as to why you are doing it. Do remember though, that it will always be in the page history. --ShakataGaNai ^_^ 19:55, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

Well there is no host name for this Italian IP, which could mean it is static. In that off chance I'm going to leave him banned. After all he made a point of coming to harass me in IRC also. He really did. And I am sorry, but I agreed to that bann as well, because that user really was harrassing Shakata and me hard. Can you nuke this? Not only is it a copyvio, but it is photoshopped in an offensive way (star of david on forehead). No less than 3 ips have slapped deletion tags on it but it's been over twelve hours and hasn't been deleted. Amazingly, the photo is still in use on the arabic wikipedia. NASA

You tagged NASA as not having copyright information, yet it clearly states on the page that 'This file is in the public domain because it was created by NASA. NASA copyright policy states that "NASA material is not protected by copyright. (NASA copyright policy page or JPL Image Use Policy).' You also says it lacks author information. I can see myself it says author:NASA on the page, therefore putting it into the public domain. Why therefore did you tag it for deletion? The Odd Git (talk) 19:03, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
