If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. Hola Sking. Estimo que ya tienes las autorizaciones en la bandeja de entrada de tu correo, lo que tienes que hacer ahora es reenviarlos a permissions en wikimedia org(es una dirección de correo, la pongo así para evitar el spam) Así, Commons tendrá constancia que evidentemente esa persona te dio la autorización. No sea que te pase como a Ari que la persona que dio la licencia luego de un tiempo reclamó su trabajo, aduciendo que el nunca había dado tal licencia. Entenderás que el hecho que pegues el texto de la autorización que te dieron con constituye suficiente información para determinar el copyright de una imagen.

Luego de eso, te enviarán una respuesta con un número de ticket OTRS, y luego pegas la copia del correo, ya datos personales, solamente el texto del correo y un enlace al ticket OTRS para dar validez al mensaje que pusiste, y listo. Eso sería todo, me agrada que hayas podido gestionar esas fotos, estan buenas. He consultado a Bastique y me dice que lo mejor es que contactes al uploader por su correo original, el problema radica en que no tenemos constancia de que no vaya a cambiar de opinión y relicenciar las fotos en su sitio. Con un correo original, identificándose como el autor y dando la licencia. Por el momento las imágenes serán borradas hasta que consigas la autorización. Prueba a reenviar ese correo que tienes a permissions poniendo al principio algo como "I resend this, please provide the OTRS#". En cuanto al segundo, supongo que podrías poner de momento el mensaje que te pasó de forma interna... Platonides 20:04, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

El caso de Bignone ya está justificado, puse el enlace directo al sitio de presidencia donde aparece.

En cuanto a Galtieri, algunos de los sitios mencionados usan contenido libre, por lo cual se presupone que esa imagen es libre, además, como lo indica la licencia, el copyright ya expiró, puesto que han pasado 25 años desde su publicación.

En el caso de Cafiero, no tengo más pruebas que esas, borrenla si quieren, no me opondré, de hecho pido perdón por haberla subido, es que creí que realmente estaban en contenido libre.
