Title 17, Ch. 1, Sec. 107 of the US Copyright law states that such Fair Use "is not an infringement of copyright." Click HERE to read the statute. While copyright infringement complaints must be decided on a case by case basis, the Supreme Court has determined that copyright law cannot be used for the sole purpose of suppressing ideas. --— Preceding unsigned comment added by Superchargedone (talk • contribs) 23:01, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
Hi Sreejith, Thanks for merging the files. But I am afraid you did it the other way round. മലബാറിലെ നായർ പെൺകുട്ടി (1914).jpg is the original file since it was uplaoded first. Nair_woman.jpg is the duplicate file. Could you please revert and redirect the other way. Thanks. Achayan (talk) 09:18, 14 November 2014 (UTC)
Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Bigg Boss are TV shows. The pictures are from the TV sets. I can't really say whether these are TV screenshots, but are likely to be it. From my experience so far with Bollywood Hungama images, their claim that the pictures were taken by their own photographers cannot be blindly trusted. Thats when I stopped reviewing them. For these images, I don't know what to say. --Sreejith K (talk) 21:36, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
