Fair use (e.g. promotional photos) is not allowed on Commons[edit]

对不起,维基共享资源不许fair use. That means that your image of Zhu Rongji will soon be deleted. According to http://www.cpce.gov.hk/eng/notice/index.htm the image can only be used for non-commercial purposed. --Matt314 23:15, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
