Em sembla bé, millor fer-ho net. Què et sembla si obrim un tema al respecte a la taverna i creem una pàgina de discussió ací per a triar si es tradueix o no a una denominació en catalànic??. Per altra banda, potser t'interessaria de mirar la pàgina de Commons:Administrators/Requests_and_votes/Anna, perquè segons el que han explicat a La Taverna, hi estan proposant una persona que no respecta la norma d'ací de que als noms de llocs s'han de respectar els endònims (és a dir, en la llengua nadiua del lloc) i no fer servir exònims. --Martorell 09:20, 28 September 2005 (UTC)

mi pregunta es sobre Commons:Topònims (idioma), me gustaría saber, si los nombres(topónimos) deben ir traducidos a su lengua nativa, como se refleja en el artículo Commons:Política de idiomas (es), si estos deben ¿Denominarse con su nombre oficial?, aunque esté en lengua nativa.
Ejemplo: Catalunya o Naciò Catalana

M'he adonat que la pàgina de descripció del fitxer ara per ara no especifica qui ha creat el contingut, per tant l'estatus de dret d'autor no queda aclarit. Si no ho heu creat vós mateix, aleshores cal que expliqueu els motius pels quals es pot fer servir a Wikimèdia Commons (vegeu l'enllaç d'etiquetes de drets d'autor més avall). Així mateix, també heu d'especificar on ho heu trobat, en la majoria dels casos, amb un enllaç que porti cap a la web on ho heu agafat i les condicions d'ús del contingut d'eixa web.
Si la imatge no té un senyal de dret d'autor també l'haurieu d'afegir. Si en sou el creador aleshores podeu fer servir {{GFDL-self}} per a posar-ho sota els termes de la GFDL o {{PD-self}} per a posar-ho sota domini públic. Podeu llegir Etiquetes de drets d'autor per a trobar la llista completa d'etiquetes que es poden utilitzar.
Adoneu-vos que qualsevol imatge sense font d'origen o sense etiqueta de llicència d'ús s'esborrarà una setmana després de l'avís, segons els criteris per a la supressió ràpida. Si heu carregat altres imatges, si us plau, comproveu que heu especificat també la seua font d'origen i l'etiqueta de drets d'autor. Thanks for uploading Image:Palau dels Reis de Mallorca a Perpinyà.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multilicense GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.
