Dear Trizek,
Thank you for contributing to Wiki Loves Monuments 2013, and for sharing your pictures with the whole world! We would like to ask again a few minutes of your time.

If you'd like to start editing relevant Wikipedia articles and share your knowledge with other people, please go to the Wikipedia Welcome page for more information, guidance, and help.

To make future contests even more successful than this year, we would like to invite you to share your experiences with us in a short survey. Please fill in this short survey in your own language, and help us learn what you liked and didn't like about Wiki Loves Monuments 2013.

Kind regards,

Erreur de couvent[edit]

Salut,

Trizek from FR 16:28, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
Ah bizarre ?
Cdlt, VIGNERON (talk) 18:26, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

Picture of the Year 2013 R1 Announcement[edit]

Round 1 of Picture of the Year 2013 is open![edit]

2012 Picture of the Year: A pair of European Bee-eaters in Ariège, France.

Dear Wikimedians,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2013 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2013) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and the most popular image in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just one image to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 1 will end on . Click here to learn more and vote »

Requesting Permission to print one of your photos under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic License[edit]

I would like to know if you would consider giving me permission to print this photo on a non-commercial poster under a "Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic license"? I would like to combine it with a photo of a student, but the student won't give me permission to print his picture under a "Share Alike" license. He would give me permission if the photo requires attribution only. The poster will be displayed for one month in the lobby of a university hall. Thanks for your consideration! Silvermines

Requesting Permission to print one of your photos under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic License - CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS MESSAGE[edit]

CORRECTION: I would like to know if you would consider giving me permission to print YOUR PHOTO OF SCULPTURES AT VERSAILLES (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Apollon_et_les_nymphes_et_les_chevaux_du_soleil,_sculpture_originales_en_r%C3%A9serve_-_DSC_0002.jpg) on a non-commercial poster under a "Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic license"? I would like to combine it with a photo of a student, but the student won't give me permission to print his picture under a "Share Alike" license. He would give me permission if the photo requires attribution only. The poster will be displayed for one month in the lobby of a university hall. Thanks for your consideration!

Requesting Attribution 3.0 instead of Attribution Share Alike 3.0 License[edit]

Hi Trizek!

Concerning your photo of Sculptures at Versailles.

I know there are two 3.0 licenses: ATTRIBUTION SHARE ALIKE 3.0 and ATTRIBUTION 3.0. If I print your photo under the license that is on it now, "Creative Commons ATTRIBUTION SHARE ALIKE 3.0 UNPORTED," and I alter, transform, or build upon this work, [in this case, adding photos of students to the photo so they appear to be at Versailles] I can only print the resulting work under the same or similar license to this one. But I do not wish to make "the resulting work" available without my written permission (to protect the resulting photo - including several students - from being printed in any context without my written approval).

Therefore, I'd like to print it under "Creative Commons ATTRIBUTION 3.0 UNPORTED." ATTRIBUTION 3.0 only requires proper attribution. It does not require me to make the resulting combined photo available without my written approval.

Would you permit me to print "the resulting work" under the "Creative Commons ATTRIBUTION 3.0 Unported License?"

Thanks! Regards, Silvermines

  2. In second place, 155 people voted for an image of "Sviati Hory" (Holy Mountains) National Park in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine.
  3. In third place, 131 people voted for an image of a swallow flying and drinking.

File:Carte activites 2012.svg[edit]

Salut,

D'avance merci, Pierre LECERF

Les 70 ans tombent l'an prochain.

Merci d'avance pour ta réponse, Trizek from FR 14:37, 6 September 2014 (UTC)

Cdlt, VIGNERON (talk) 15:07, 6 September 2014 (UTC)

Cordialement

File:1 place d'armes 06839.JPG[edit]

Cordialement Garitan (talk) 16:14, 17 September 2014 (UTC)

Bien cordialement.--GO69 (talk) 19:31, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
