Dear user, I noticed that you use the includePage function in your monobook.js page.

This function is now obsolete, as the importScript function was introduced with rev:35064 to the MediaWiki Javascript core library wikibits.js. It also keeps track of already imported files.

To allow us to remove includePage from Mediawiki:Common.js I'd kindly ask you to replace its use with importScript (same syntax!). Thanks! --Dschwen 17:03, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Ciao Twice25. Grazie per le belle foto di Comacchio che hai caricato. Vorrei però invitarti in futuro ad essere più preciso nella categorizzazione delle immagini che vuoi caricare. Il sistema delle Categorie non è globale, ma gerarchico. Si va da categorie generiche (sopra-categorie), verso categorie sempre più specifiche (sotto-categorie). La categoria che devi mettere è quella più specifica possibile. Quello che devi fare è controllare che la categoria specifica in cui vuoi inserire la tua foto sia collegata a ritroso in una catena di categorie sempre più generiche, e che questa catena sia corretta. Se per una foto di Comacchio tu trovi la [Category:Comacchio], che è una sottocategoria di "Ferrara (Prov)", che è una sottocategoria di "Emilia Romagna", che è una sottocategoria di "Regions of Italy", che è una sottocategoria di "Italy", NON è necessario che tu metta tutte queste categorie, come non è necessario che tu metta la [Category:Cities in Italy], perchè così facendo tu appesantisci solo (inutilmente) tutte queste categorie generiche con soggetti specifici che sono già collocati al posto giusto altrove. Infatti se tu ora clicchi ad es. la Categoria Emilia Romagna, ci troverai tutte le sue varie voci più l'ingombro delle tue foto di Comacchio (che già stanno altrove, in Comacchio). Altre categorie vanno aggiunte solo quando si trovano fuori dalla catena (p. es. per una chiesa di un determinato paese, la Categoria di rimando ad un artista). Spero di averti chiarito il sistema. Caro Twice25, mi ricordo che della cosa avevamo parlato un anno o due fa, ma spero non ti offenda se ti rielenco i termini della questione, dato che sono importanti.
Su un'immagine ci possono essere tre tipi differenti di vincolo:

  • il copyright della persona che scatta la foto, in questo caso, tu. Una volta che hai dato il tuo permesso, la cosa non crea più problemi, come in effetti nemmeno nel nostro caso ne creava.
  • se ciò che viene rappresentato nell'immagine è un'opera dell'ingegno (quadro, scultura, palazzo, opera architettonica, disegno, un'altra fotografia), ed è il nostro caso, c'è il copyright dell'autore dell'opera dell'ingegno stessa. Per potere riprodurre liberamente tale opera, è quindi necessario che tale autore sia morto da almeno 70 anni. Se così non è, la foto su Commons viene marcata come Copyvio e cancellata.
  • infine, se l'oggetto di una foto è una persona, esiste il diritto d'immagine, che è il diritto esclusivo che ogni persona possiede sulla propria faccia e sulla propria identità. Questo non era cmq il nostro caso.

Ti ricordi le discussioni che avevamo fatto sulla facciata del Banco di San Giorgio di Genova? Ecco, la questione è sempre la stessa, non cambia mai. Per pubblicare su Commons un'opera d'arte, occorre che l'autore sia morto da 70 anni.
Ora, tu hai pubblicato moltissime opere site n Genova senza indicarne l'autore. Di recente mi sono messo a cercare di fare un poco di ordine nel marasma di foto del cimitero di Staglieno, cercando di risalire agli autori delle singole opere d'arte ivi esposte. In alcuni casi è emerso che si tratta di autori morti da meno di 70 anni, e le ho marcate d conseguenza.
In passato ti avevo chiesto se potevi darmi una mano in tale lavoro, ma mi avevi risposto di non avere tempo di farlo. Se però te la sentissi, di sicuro se lavorassimo cooperando la cosa verrebbe risolta in modo credo più soddisfacente anche per te. Ricordo il caso della foto del monumento al bersagliere, per la quale ottenesti il permesso dallo scultore, consentendo così che non fosse cancellata. Lo stesso si potrebbe fare per le altre opere.
Trovi qui un elenco di opere site in Genova candidate alla cancellazione:

Di ognuna va stabilito l'autore e la sua data di morte. Ovviamente, se ri4esci ad ottenere un ticket (permesso) dall'autore o dai suoi eredi, la cancellazione non sarebbe più necessaria. Nota che se non si trova il nome dell'autore, l'opera va cmq rimossa per ragioni di prudenza. Su Commons vanno caricate solo opere che sono CERTAMENTE nel pubblico dominio, ovvero opere di cui si conosca l'autore e quindi la sua data di morte.
Nel fare questo lavoro, se hai voglia, servirebbe trasferire tutte le statue di Staglieno dalla Category:Cimitero di Staglieno (Genova) alla Category:Statues_in_the_Cimitero_di_Staglieno_(Genoa), in nmodo da lasciare la categoria principale solo per l'architettura e le sopracategorie che creeremo in futuro (esempio: statue libery del cimitero di Stagliano, statue dello scultore X nel cimitero di Staglieno, sezione ebraica del cimitero di Staglieno, statue di bronzo del cimitero di Staglieno, e quant'altro ci verrà in mente). Nel ciò fare, sarebbe grandioso se tu, che le hai fotografate e le conosci certo meglio di me, potessi indicare autore e titolo almeno delle più importanti, creando una categoria a sé per quelle più importanti e fotografate, come ho già fatto, per esempio, con la Category:Monument to Caterina Campodonico (Genoa).
Colgo l'occasione per chiederti nuovamente un piccolo sforzo di categorizzazione delle migliaia di foto che hai caricato in passato. Ormai il materiale è sufficientemente numeroso da poterlo suddividere per monumento e, nel caso dei monumenti più importanti, per singole opere o dettagli di monumento. Ti segnalo un errore che si trova nella cartina suddetta: sono stati invertiti tra loro i nomi di Chiavari e di Sestri Levante. Venendo da Genova e proseguendo verso levante, si incontra prima chiavari e dopo Sestri, non viceversa. --149.132.125.123 15:55, 7 July 2009 (UTC) (Vermondo sloggato).

Ho provato a modificare l'immagine e ho caricato la versione "corretta". Non so poi cosa si faccia in questi casi. Ciao Twice. Vengo periodicamente a romperti le scatole per le tue belle foto. Sto mettendo ordine tra le foto della Sardegna, e mi sono imbattuto più volte in foto tue che presentano tutte la stessa descrizione (errata), per soggetti e luoghi molto diversi. P. es. questa o quest'altra. Chiaramente si tratta di un errore dovuto al copia-incolla del modello per caricare la foto. Dove mi è stato possibile ho corretto grossolanamente la descrizione, rintracciando la stessa foto su it.wiki. Quello che dovresti fare è di verificare a tappeto tutte le foto della Sardegna che hai caricato, per verificare e correggere tu stesso le descrizione delle foto. Grazie infinite e buona estate! Uè, tontolone! La data di caricamento della foto la trovi sulla foto stessa, cliccando sulla foto, e vedendo nei riquadri in basso. Nel caso delle due foto incriminate si tratta del 14 novembre 2008. Io con questo caldo sono completamente rincoglionito: stamattina ho messo su la macchinetta del caffè e sono andato al lavoro. Prima di prendere il treno per NA me ne sono ricordato e son tornato di gran carriera a casa: il mio appartamento era già invaso dal fumo. Ma la cucina, la casa e i libri sono salvi...! Non so quale santo mi ha illuminato e debbo ringraziare...?
Non mancherò di segnalartele. Io la Sardegna pure non l'ho mai visitata, e riordinare le foto, mi sta facendo scoprire cose incredibili! "Spargi" mi fa venire le palpitazioni di cuore...! Il misterioso sito di "Monte d'Accoddi"... E poi gli interni dei nuraghi... Mamma mia quante bellezze e che fascino...! Da andarci assolutamente!
