|Wikimedia Commons does not accept derivative works of non-free works such as File:De Cecco Pasta.JPG. It only accepts free content, which is images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Reproductions of copyrighted works are also subject to the same copyright, and therefore this file must unfortunately be considered non-free. For more information, please read Commons:Derivative works and Commons:Freedom of panorama. You can ask questions about Commons policies in Commons:Help desk.
The file you added has been deleted. If you believe that this file was not a derivative work of a non-free work, you may request undeletion.
- You could upload it locally at en.wikipedia with a fair use rationale. But unless there's something very special about the packaging we usually only show the logo of a company. De728631 (talk) 17:57, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
- The file at Commons will be deleted by an administrator, and you would have to upload it over at Wikipedia, not here. But I have now uploaded De Cecco's logo, which is actually too simple to be copyrighted if one omits the image of the woman. So we won't need the image of the product packaging at all, because I fail to see how it helps the reader understand the article about the company. Please see File:Logo_dececco.jpg for the logo. Hi – thanks for your message at my talk page. It's not too far from me, so I will try to get there at some point; I had a look on Google Street View and there is a lot of tree cover around it, but it should be doable from one side at least. Your camera date
Today is the 18th of March 2014, you have uploaded with your camera exif data showing Date 24 May 2013, 07:35:33 - if you are capable you should change your date/calendar in your camera as the exif date and date on the commons page are clearly out of whack, unless you are travelling in a time machine... in which case, happy travelling... sats (talk) 09:29, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
I cannot either because Paul Gondard died in 1953 and consequently, he isn't a member of the public domain (it's necessary to wait 70 years). So my pictures were deleted by Wikipedia... I'm sorry. Give me you email if you want, I will send you. Robert Valette

Okki (talk) 07:41, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
