Of course. This magazine cover is not old enough to be in the public domain. You said the author is Simo Milojevic and that we have permission from Osmo Buller, but I cannot see any OTRS ticket. I am not quite familiar with the different labels, you see. What does OTRS ticket mean in this context? I have asked Osmo Buller by mail wether I have his consent; Simo Milojevic was then an employe of UEA. What do I have to do? Weil es im Westen immer klar ist, dass entweder CDU oder SPD die zweitstärkste Fraktion stellt. Man könnte darüber streiten, ob die zweitstärkste überhaupt angegeben sein muss, aber es erschien mir interessant. Hello,

Can you tell me which images disappeared? There was a glitch on Commons servers yesterday, so maybe that was the cause. Otherwise some thumbnails do not show because there are over 12.5 million pixels, but that's a Mediawiki limitation. Regards, Yann (talk) 12:57, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Tja, die lasse ich oft drin, wenn ich mir unsicher bin, ob nicht noch andere Kategorien denkbar sind. Beispiel Bundesgartenschau 1961: Da habe ich das Uncategorized normalerweise entfernt, jedoch gelassen, wenn eventuell auch Schlossplatz (Karlsruhe) eine sinnvolle Kategorie sein könnte. So guckt dann zumindest noch ein weiteres Augenpaar nach dem Bild. Übrigens, gibt es eine Diskussionsseite für allgemeine Fragen zur Kategorisierung der BA-Bilder?--Ziko (talk) 12:39, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Ich bin aber der Ansicht, dass du zu großzügig mit dem Drinlassen der Zeile bist. Andererseits wenn du meinst, irgendjemand kategorisiert noch die Gartenstühle in File:Bundesarchiv B 145 Bild-F011112-0009A, Bonn, Beethovenhalle, Frauenliga aus Irak.jpg, dann glaube ich, solltest du es selbst machen. --Ayacop (talk) 19:00, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Hi Ziko, magst du die Leute möglichst nicht da, sondern in eine tiefere Kategorie schieben? Ich versuch die verzweifelt leerzuräumen, weil es nichts bringt, preußische Könige und Grünen-Abgeordnete und ZK-Mitglieder in einer Hauptkategorie nebeneinander zu sammeln... aber es kommt immer wieder von oben nach... Wenigstens in eine Abgeordnetenkategorie (z.B. Member of the German Bundestag) oder eine regionale (z.B. Politicians of Bremen). Ginge das? Danke + Gruß, --Elya (talk) 13:42, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Ja, das ginge natürlich. Ich bin mir aber meist nicht sicher, wie die Unterkategorien lauten könnten. Abgegordnete ist mir noch zu wenig, ich überlege Parteikategorien, die müssten aber dann besser eine Kategorie innerhalb der Partei sein... Ich stelle absichtlich in die Hauptkategorie, um mehr Übersicht für das spätere Einräumen zu haben. Wenn eine Person erst einmal in eine Unterkategorie verschoben ist, findet man sie schwerer für weitere Einordnungen. Es ist beim Erstentdecken auch einfacher, nicht sofort an eine Unterkategorie zu denken, die es oft (z.B. für StS) noch gar nicht gibt. Da du wohl deutsch sprichst, wie ich gesehen habe: wähle immer nur die spezifischsten Kategorien. Also z.B. bei File:2009-05 EW Köln BNG ÖDP.JPG nicht "Category:European Parliament Election 2009" und "Category:European Parliament Election 2009 in Cologne", sondern nur letztere, weil erstere ohnehin Oberkat. zu letzterer ist.
