- Ja: 小籠包（しょうろんぽう / しゃおろんぱお）は、上海の西北にある町、南翔で発祥した中華料理の点心として名高い名物料理。小麦粉の薄い皮の中にスープ（肉汁）が入った肉まんで、上海生まれの料理として中華文化圏全域で人気がある中国を代表する小吃のひとつ。
