HERE MEN FROM THE PLANET EARTH
FIRST SET FOOT UPON THE MOON
JULY 1969 A.D.
WE CAME IN PEACE FOR ALL MANKIND

The plaque is signed by the three crew members of Apollo 11,
(Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr) and US President Richard Nixon.
