So maybe there's something else wrong (in addition to the page name) in the pages I created - I am wondering why the Italian soundfiles are not listed on the page with the pronounciations like for example for Dutch - I tried to follow the same structure ... am I missing something? Dzięki, to w pawnym sensie mnie pociesza, bo mam kilka reprodukcji, które planuję przenieść, a trochę się krępowałam. Z drugiej strony są one i tak dość stare, choć kolorowe... Od jutra będę miala więcej czasu - oddaję robotę i mam tydzień oddechu. Ten projekt to dobra myśl - i można robić galerie tematyczne, a to wspaniale poszerza możliwości. To zdjęcie zdecydowanie nie jest GFDL. Możesz być właścicielem danej kopii, ale nie praw autorskich do niego. Tak samo jeśli kupisz film na DVD nie znaczy to, że możesz go dowolnie rozpowszechniać. Zapis o tym, że zdjęcie nie jest objęte prawami autorskimi jeśli nie ma na nim informacji o copyrightach tyczy się tylko Polski i pewnie jeszcze paru krajów postkomunistycznych, i to tylko do zdjęć opublikowanych po raz pierwszy w Polsce przed 1994. Hi,

Are you sure that the island on the map Image:Vendsyssel 1 lng n ubt.png is called "Vendsyssel" in English? In Danish "Vendsyssel" is only the eastern and northern part of the island which itself is named Nørrejyske Ø or Vendsyssel-Thy (see da:Nørrejyske Ø and en:Talk:Vendsyssel). Ok, måske har du ret. Jeg har aldrig hørt om "Nørrejyske Ø", og mente, at hele området over Limfjorden hed Vendsyssel. Jeg har fjernet ordet "Vendsyssel" fra mit lille kort (opdater cache!).

You're right, I only noticed the "rulers" of both Denmark and Norway after I'd made the categories. They were... hidden in too many categoris.

Witaj! Znalazłem błąd na stronie głównej Commons. Polega on na tym, że po kliknięciu na "Wikipedia" nie wyświetla się Strona główna tylko nienapisany artykuł pn. "Strona Główna". Pozdrawiam. (Ewentualna odpowiedź na Wikipedii) Antares 13:53, 28 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Wszystkie tego samego autora Janusz J., podpisane "Picture taken in Siedlce, Poland, 2005 © 2005 by Janusz Jurzyk, Janusz J." Mają licencję GDFL, czy to aby nie kłóci się z tym "©" w opisie pod grafiką.

Są tożsame i przedstawiają Most Świętokrzyski w Warszawie. Czy mógłbyś to uporządkować i ewentualnie usunąć duble.

Sprawa ta była też zgłoszona w plWiki, na stronie z błędami [2].

Hi - thanks again for helping out with the category renaming job. I was cleaning up some more today, and found something which a bot could do very nicely: have a loot at Category:Category redirects. All categories in there should be empty - if they are not, the pages/images/subcategories need to be moved to a different cat, according to the template ({{seecat|target}} or {{category redirect|target}}) in the category header.

just a quick check: is this something you are (still) doing? I have recently aquired a bot that is able to this and am considering running it. However, potentially a lot of damage can be done, as we are taking about a huge amount of redirected categories and manually assited moving between categories isn't really an option. Hi Tsca, just viewed the above image and there is no way that the rodent caught in the cat's mouth is a mouse. It is far too big in body size and the tail is also too long and wide to be a mouse, and therefore it can only be a rat!! Witam,

chodzi o to że potrzebny jest artykuł zawierający wszytskie minerały alfabetycznie (z tego względu, że pewne minerały są rodzajem innych, i nie powinny znaleźć się w kategorii minerals). Problem z tym, że artykuł jest dość długi i nie kazdy wie o jego istnieniu, dlatego ludzie tworzący nowe podkategorie, tam ich nie dodają. Dlatego też artykuł jest nieaktualny, a nawte zawiera błędy. Czy bot nie mógłby toworzyć tego artykułu automatycznie ? Ja mam na myśli taki proces w którym bot poszuka wszytskich podkatgorii i kategorii w minerals i doda je do artykułu. --Sfu 15:31, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

Witam, mam propozycję aby dla każdej stacji stworzyć osobną galerię (format nazwy: Stacje kolejowe i przystanki SKM w Trójmieście - nazwa stacji) i edytować szablon na polskiej Wiki, tak aby link w artykule odsyłał do danej galerii. Ewentualnie stworzyć drugą galerie o nazwie Stacje kolejowe i przystanki SKM w Trójmieście bo sama galeria Trójmiejska SKM nie jest do końca trafna, bo tam nie pasuje umieścić nieczynnej linii Gdynia Chylonia - Gdynia Port Oksywie, na której jeździły pociągi osobowe a nie SKM. I can't see any source there; the GFDL license is not valid without a reference to the author, so we need either a statement that it's Patryczek94's own work, or the author's name and permission. It looks like own work, but Patryczek94 hasn't written on any discussion page or supplied the necessary information; if you've had some other form of communication, please add the source to the image or change the license to GFDL-self rather than just remove the tag leaving the image without proper licensing. Mam małe pytanie :) Mam kilka fotoreportarzy które można by zeskanować i wrzucić na commons, ale w każdym wypadku nie wiadomo które zdjęcie jest czyje (podpis w stylu "Zdjęcia:autor X i autor Y"). Witaj, na enWiki jest fajny obrazek. Akurat pasuje mi do artykułu na plWiki pt.Fanger. Ale pierwszy raz "przenoszę" (nie podoba mi się to słowo) grafikę w ten sposób - czy mógłbyś sprawdzić czy czegoś nie poplątałam i czy licencja jest ok ? Na enWiki nie było autora fotosu. A po drugie ja nie za bardzo rozumiem różnice między licencjami. I tabelka opisowa oOo też jest jakaś inna niż poprzednio i nie umiem jej naprawić. A jednak coś popsułam :-) Następnego dnia po naszej rozmowie szukałam czegoś na google image i pomyślałam sobie, że może poszukam prof. Fangera. I o dziwo znalazłam. Takie same zdjęcie tylko w dużo lepszej rozdzielczości było na tej www. To strona jakieś "politechniki" chińskiej. Podmieniłam więc na commons zdjęcie na te o lepszej rozdzielczości. Bo widać że autor ten sam, więc i licencja ta sama. Nie wiem czy autor wywodzi się z Chin i skąd go zna ten gość co zapodał fotkę na en-wiki (o ile wogóle zna).
Dziś dostałam oficjalną informację, że wczytany przeze mnie obraz ma niepewną licencję (zarówno na stronie dyskusji, jak i w samej fotografii) i może zostać skasowany i proszą mnie o wyjaśnienia. I tu moja prośba. Bo ja cokolwiek kojarzę po angielsku, ale nie potrafię odpowiedzieć/wyjaśnić po angielsku. Prawdopodobnie ten ktoś z en-wiki wkleił foto znalezione w internecie - i w takim wypadku należałoby je skasować. Ale dla mnie te wszystkie wyjaśnienia odnośnie licencji obrazków to jakiś prawniczy bełkot i nie rozumiem tego. Równie dobrze zdjęcie znanego na całym swiecie prof. może być licencją wolną. Mogę gubić się w domysłach, ale tak naprawdę nic nie wiem .. Kończąc pisanie artykułu wysłałam emaila do "naszego człowieka" w instytucie Fangera w Danii z prośbą o sprawdzenie merytoryczne i ewentualne foto. Pan doktor odpisał, że chętnie przeczyta artukuł, ale chwilowo nie ma czasu, żeby sie tym zająć. Jak dotąd się nie odezwał, a ja go nie będę popędzać :-) Może ten gościu od zdjęcia na en-wiki jest kimś podobnym i naprawdę zna licencję, a może znalazł na google ... Reasumując - bo strasznie zawiła wysza mi wypowiedź :) - czy mógłbyś wyjaśnić sprawę pytającemu się mnie o licencję PO ANGIELSKU niejakiemu Conscious, oraz ewentualnie skasować tę grafikę jeśli też doszedłeś do wniosku, że w zasadzie nie powinno jej tu być. pozdrawiam i przepraszam że Ci głowę zawracam --Beax 16:53, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Ale zauważ, że prawa autorskie osobiste są niezbywalne - nie można pozbyć się swojego prawa do bycia oznaczanym jako autor; nikt nie może się podszyć pod autora dzieła. W Stanach może tak (jest tam inny system prawa autorskiego), ale rozumiem, że ładujesz nagrania człowieka mieszkającego w Danii. Napis "own work" sugeruje, że to ty jesteś autorem. Poza tym moim zdaniem to bardzo nieuprzejme pomijać autora. Co do daty to nigdy nie widziałem takiej pisowni; Amerykanie używają slashy, ale zamieniają miesiąc z dniem. Jak już to powinieneś użyć pisowni z kropkami - 12.06.2006 - albo z kreskami (jest chyba nawet rekomendowana przez ISO, ale głowy nie dam) - 2006-06-12. --Derbeth talk 22:43, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Grafiki - własność rządowa III Rzeszy i zasady autorskich praw materialnych

Szykuję się do przedstawienia do dyskusji całego pakietu spraw dot.

1. Grafik, których prawnym właścicielem był rząd III Rzeszy (np. MSZ III Rzeszy),lub agencje państwowe ( jak Deutsches NAchrichten Buro) - A NIE OSOBY PRYWATNE- prawa wygasły w maju 1945 po likwidacji III Rzeszy jako państwa -podmiotu prawa cywilnego. Prosi się o stworzenie Template:PD-NaziGov.

2. Zauważyłem ,że niektórzy aministratorzy (konkretnie-niemieccy) próbują wykorzystać dyrektywę harmonizującą EU dla generalnej blokady foto sprzed 1945 r.- niezależnie od proweniencji.

3.Tymczasem podstawową sprawą jest kwestia istnienia lub nie MATERIALNYCH praw majątkowych do dzieła, ktore są zbywalne i mogą ulec umorzeniu nawet przed datą śmierci autora.

4.Przykładowo - zdjęcie , do którego prawa zostały sprzedane np.Ilustrowanemu Kurierowi Codziennemu czy DNB,albo wykonane przez pracownika Ministerstwa Propagandy Rzeszy czy DNB , a osoba prawna uległa likwidacji bez następców prawnych prawa nabytego jest zdjęciem w domenie publicznej (prawo zbyte skutecznie nie wraca do zbywcy -autora)

5. Poza tym bardzo dużo starych zdjęć to zdjęcia legitymacyjne, paszportowe etc robione przez rzemieślnicze zakłady fotograficzne , które albo w ogóle nie są ( i nie powinny być )przedmiotem prawa autorskiego , albo jeśli traktować to restrykcyjnie - prawa do nich zostały zbyte przez wykonawcę (twórcę)- fotografa w chwili wyjścia klienta z zakładu fotograficznego po zapłaceniu za wykonanie zdjęcia, niezależnie od tego gdzie pozostał negatyw ( i nikt po wydarzeniach II wojny i komunizmu badać tego nie będzie)

6. Pozostaje kwestia zdjęć amatorskich - bez autorstwa. Jeśli już dziś niektórzy niemieccy admini chcą usuwać zdjęcia egzekucji dokonanych przez Wehrmacht w 1939 r vide : Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Ciepielow.jpg

pod pretekstem dyrektywy harmonizacyjnej i poszukiwania autora ( gdyby się znalazł - to pierwszy do zawiadomienia - Prokurator IPN)...

a zdjęcia z powstania w getcie warszawskim zostały usunięte to aż się prosi o rozwinięcie tematu.

A prawna sytuacja jest taka,że w prawie europejskim ciężar dowodu faktu spoczywa na osobie,która z tego faktu chce wyciągnąć konsekwencje prawne. Dotyczy to zarówno prawa karnego ( domniemanie nieiwnności) jak i cywilnego , którego częścią jest prawo autorskie. Tzn. o ile nie ma dowodu na zastrzeżenie prawa o tyle ono nie istnieje . W polskim prawie autorskim przerzuca to ciężar dowodu na autora ,zaś wydawca ma jedynie OBOWIĄZEK ZACHOWANIA NALEŻYTEJ STARANNOŚCI - tzn. wiedzieć to co może uzyskać przy zachowaniu zwykłych wymogów staranności. Prawo zakłada domniemanie dobrej wiary użytkownika rzeczy czy prawa tzn. ewentualne naruszenie prawa materialnego może stwierdzić tylko właściciel tego prawa zwracając się z żądaniem do użytkownika o zaprzestanie naruszenia prawa ( i udowadniając swój interes prawny). Tzn. trzeba wykazać naruszenie prawa.

Ponieważ jest to powszechna zasada prawa rzymskiego ,obowiązująca zarówno w prawie polskim, jak i niemieckim inne postępowanie jest uzurpacją i po prostu robieniem ludziom wody z mózgu poprzez świadome mieszanie pojęcia autorskiego prawa osobistego, autorskiego prawa materialnego, zasady należytej staranności, domniemania legalności i zasady cięzaru dowodu po stronie tego, który zgłasza zarzut naruszenia prawa.

Generalnie: często słyszany argument,że każda grafika ma autora należy uzupełnić następująco: KAŻDA GRAFIKA MA AUTORA ALE WCALE NIE KAŻDA MA WŁAŚCICIELA i nie ma to nic wspólnego z datą śmierci autora.

To takie wstępne uwagi , które IMHO warto przemyśleć w długi weekend a potem przegadać z innymi adminami na Commons i na wikipl.

Ok. Usuwanie komentarzy mieści się w polityce zasygnalizowanej Ci w maju. Przy okazji zwróć uwagę na Palmiry i Zamek jako zdjęcia do usunięcia. A dyskusji o prawach majątkowych i osobistych i wygasłych prawach trzeciej rzeszy jako państwa i tak nie unikniemy, prędzej, czy później. Cała wścieklizna wynikła z mojej dzisiejszej uwagi do Chorwata,że może grafiki sprzed 1937 co do rzeszy prezentować jako anonimowe EU.

PS- co to za uwagi co do zdjęcia von Sterberga z 1918 r, Zamku z 1940, czy Palmir ?? nosource, albo nazwisko fotografa ??. Jak tak dalej pójdzie to zapłacimy rodzimie Stroopa za zgodę na wykorzystanie wizerunku.

Zgodnie z polską ustawą o p.a. i konwencją ochronie podlega tylko dzieło o cechach indywidualnych. Polecam Ci list wcześniej o różnicy między prawami osobistymi a majątkowymi.

Dziękuję za wskazówki, ale jak to w końcu jest, uzupełniam opisy zgodnie z szablonem "polishpd", tam gdzie nie znam autora bo w żaden sposób nie sposób go ustalić piszę "unknown" i znowu użytkownik wstawia żądanie usunięcia. Hello, i just see you delete this image 6 month ago, and no body talk to me about this deletion. According to Julian Gollop himself (the creator of the game) this game is in public domaine, so every screenshot are PD too, no ? I mail Julian Gollop in 2005. If i remember, he say to me all 8 bits versions are PD. I dont have this mail at my work, but i can look at it. Cześć, gdyby przypadkiem w najbliższym czasie przyszedł na permissions-commons mail dotyczący jakichś obrazów Houwaltów, to domyślam się, że będzie z niego ciężko wywnioskować, o które grafiki autorowi chodzi, więc wyjasniam, że to dotyczy obrazów przesłanych przez user:Prawy74. Zostały już skasowane, więc trzeba będzie je odtworzyć, z licencji usuwając "self", bo self to to nie jest:) Pzdr, Cancre 20:03, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
