This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

User Konicha; new puppet of user AntonyFragakis

User Konicha is indefinitely blocked as a sockpuppet (another one) of AntonyFragakis in Greek-language WP. User AntonyFragakis is already blocked indefinitely for sockpuppetry in English-language WP; in Commons he is blocked indefinitely for uploading unfree files, and so are his puppet accounts (see Administrators noticeboard/Blocks_and_protections/User AntonyFragakis). At Commons, user Konicha uploaded two files on Fragakis' hometown, and Fragakis later edited these two files [1] & [2]. Finally, user Konicha uploaded a picture of Antony Fragakis, deleted afterwards. ——Chalk19 (talk) 20:34, 19 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Blocks for User:AlienMan99 and User:Braude1945

(This is not a request for checkuser, that has already been done at meta, and these accounts were identified as socks in a long list that included them. Many of the socks found were impersonating others.)
  • Braude1945 uploaded a filed now deleted for copyvio. Sole edit. User name could be impersonation, this is not w:Stephen E. Braude.
  • AlienMan99 uploaded File:John Fuerst.jpg. obvious copyvio, sole edit. Google is not a source.
  • It is not necessary to add more traffic on this. Please block these two accounts for socking and copyvio, and delete the Fuerst image. For the record, I will note that image and this request on the AlienMan99 page, because this helps later investigations of global sock identities.
