English: Borujerd is an ancient city located in Lorestan Province, west Iran. Borujerd is famous for its mosques, natural mountain outlooks and also its scholar and famous people especially in the fields of religion and literature. Main attractions include: Jame' mosque, Sultani mosque, Shrine of Imamzadeh Ja'far, old houses and the bazaar. Chogha hill and neighboring Fadak park are popular and it is a hub for climbing Zagros mounts.
