Alauddin Tur Ali Bey Bayandur was the bey of the Akkoyunlu tribal union and the leader of the Bayandur tribe, which had a major share in the establishment of the Akkoyunlu state. There is very little information about Turali bey Bayandur in the sources. It is possible to come across the first information about him and his son Fahreddin Kutlu Bey in the works of Panaretos, a historian of the Trebizon-Rum State.
