English: Andrew Flower (born 28 April 1968 in Cape Town, South Africa), commonly known as Andy Flower, is a former cricketer for Zimbabwe. He started with Zimbabwe in 1992. He retired from international cricket after the 2003 World championship, during which he and Henry Olonga protested publicly against the regime of President Robert Mugabe. In 2007, he became the field director for the English team.
