Baklava of Beypazarı has a "yufka" (dough leaf) much thicker than that of the "Antep baklavası" (Baklava of Gaziantep) and is always filled with the local walnuts, never with pistachio or the creamy filling that is called "kaymak" in Gaziantep and other parts of Turkey.
