日本語: 梵鐘(ぼんしょう, Bonshō)は、インドから伝来した日本の寺院などで使用される仏教法具としての釣鐘(つりがね)。撞木(しゅもく)で打って鳴らし、重く余韻のある響きが特徴。一般には除夜の鐘(かね)で知られるが、本来は法要など仏事の予鈴として撞(つ)く。朝夕の時報にも用いられる。
