English: Bulgur, also known as mp'ligouri, pourgouri and burghul (برغل in Arabic), is made from wheat. The grain is parboiled, dried and usually de-branned. Note, this is not the same as cracked wheat, which is made from crushed wheat grain that has not been parboiled.
