English: canola is a trademark of oleaginous cultivars for seed oil ("double-zero" or low acid, less than 2% erucic acid): Argentine canola, from oilseed rape (Brassica napus subps. napus); Polish canola, from turnip rape (Brassica rapa subsp. oleifera); and canola quality brown mustard (Brassica juncea). On GMO cultures, (most 90 %) in Canada and the United States in 2013[1], [2], also in Chile and Australia.
Français : le canola est une marque de cultivars oléagineux ("double-zero", acide faible de moins de 2% d'acide érucique, et moins de 30 micromoles de glucosinolates par gramme de tourteau séché à l'air.) : le type argentin, issu du colza (Brassica napus subps. napus); le type polonais, issu de la navette sauvage (Brassica rapa subsp. oleifera); et le type moutarde brune (Brassica juncea), en cultures OGM, à plus de 90 % au Canada et aux États-Unis en 2013, ainsi qu'au Chili et en Australie.
