English: Coaldale, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania is one of two Coaldale named Communities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a recognized postal code, et. al. (There were six "Centerville" municipalities at one time, so not unusual in Pennsylvania.)
  • Coaldale is in the southern Anthracite Coal region in the Panther Creek valley, a tributary of the Little Schuylkill River along U.S. Route 209(US 209.svg) between Nesquehoning (easterly) and nearby Lansford, to its immediate east.
