English: This category is for images of the original version of the single-engine Fokker F.VII, as opposed to the refined single-engine version, the Fokker F.VIIa. The original F.VII can be distinguished by its ailerons, which protrude outward from the wing tips, and by the complex strutwork of its landing gear. The more numerous F.VIIa had ailerons that blend with the wing shape and simplified struts for the landing gear. Both types were equipped with various engines, so they cannot be distinguished by the engine. Furthermore, both were marked by Fokker simply as "F.VII".
