English: Forest Park is a village in Proviso Township in central Cook County, Illinois, USA. The area was incorporated as the Town of Harlem from 1884 to 1907. It has a large concentration of cemeteries, including Altenheim, Concordia, Forest Home (including German Waldheim), Jewish Waldheim (including Free Sons of Israel and over 200 mini-cemeteries), and Woodlawn.
