Deutsch: Gerhard Schröder (* 7. April 1944 in Mossenberg, heute Ortsteil von Blomberg, Kreis Lippe, Nordrhein-Westfalen) ist ein deutscher Politiker (SPD). Er war von 1990 bis 1998 Ministerpräsident des Landes Niedersachsen und von 1998 bis 2005 der siebte Bundeskanzler der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Seitdem ist er Lobbyist für russische Energieunternehmen.
English: Gerhard Schröder (7 April 1944) is a German politician, and was Chancellor of Germany from 1998 to 2005. A member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), he led a coalition government of the SPD and the Greens. Since then he has become a lobbyist for Russian energy enterprises.
