English: Glasgow Queen Street is the second largest railway station in Glasgow (after Glasgow Central). The main line via Bishopbriggs is used by trains to Edinburgh, Stirling, Aberdeen and Inverness. A secondary route via Ashfield is used by local services to Anniesland and also carries trains for the West Highland Line to Oban and Mallaig. A further route serves Cumbernauld via Springburn. There are also Low Level platforms served by North Clyde Line suburban services to Helensburgh, Balloch and Milngavie in the west and Springburn, Airdrie and an alternative route to Edinburgh in the east.
