The Madison Jackson condominium at 371 Madison Street at the corner of Jackson Street in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City occupies the former P.S. 12 building, which was built in 1908 and was designed C.B.J. Snyder. It was sold to developer Thomas Sung in 1983, and was redesigned by Michael Bolla. The condominiums came to market in 2012. (Source: Wall Street Journal article)
