English: Marchwiel is a village and community in Wrexham county borough in Wales. It is about 2 miles south-east of Wrexham town centre on the A525 road towards Bangor-on-Dee. The community has an area of 1,488 hectares and a population of 1,418 (2001 census). The population was formerly mostly engaged in agriculture but now most people work in Wrexham or at Wrexham Industrial Estate.
