English: Marion Mahony Griffin (1871–1961) was one of the first licensed female architects in the United States, from Chicago. She worked in Frank Lloyd Wright's Oak Park studio, and then in partnership with her husband Walter Burley Griffin (1871-1961), in Illinois, Australia, and India.
