English: Fariboz Maseeh Hal, also known as MIT Building W1, located at 305 Memorial Drive in Cambridge, Massachusetts, was built in 1901 as the Riverbank Court Hotel, which operated until 1937. In 1938, MIT opened it as "Graduate House", later renamed to "Ashdown House." Graduate students were moved to a new Ashdown House (MIT Building NW35) c.2010, and the building was repaired, renovated, restored, and then re-opened as undergraduate housing in 2011.
