English: In American English, a Newspaper nameplate is a publication's designed title as it appears on the front page or cover. In the United Kingdom and many other Commonwealth nations, this is known as masthead, but in American English "masthead" refers to the list of names of contributors, which in British English usage is known as imprint. See Category:Newspaper imprints.

For newspaper logos, which might or might not appear on the front page, see Category:Newspaper logos.
For the entire front page of newspapers, see Category:Newspaper front pages.
