Test Stand XIII of the former Heeresversuchsanstalt Peenemünde. Raising of a circular rampart and creating a trench for drainage was begun. The area is located below sea level which leads to a swampy terrain. Work was stopped due to the increasingly dramatic war situation before the rampart was completed.
