Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh was the 2nd Marquess of Londonderry, but he is generally referred to and remembered by his courtesy title of Viscount Castlereagh since he only became marquess at the end of his life and all of his accomplishments (and of course all contemporary references) were made while he was using that title.
