English: This is the Sibyl which was in the Greek town of "Kyme", which the Romans called "Cumae". So Sibylla Cumana or Sibylla Cumaea, and Sibylla Cimmeria are different names for the same sibyl ("Cimmeria" means "from Kyme"). In the Middle Age, the Sibyl of Cumae was supposed to have predicted the birth of Christ.
