English: Skimmed milk (United Kingdom), or skim milk (United States) is milk that has had all or almost all its cream (also called milkfat) removed.
Français : Le lait écrémé contient un maximum de 0,3% de matières grasses. On y ajoute de la vitamine A pour compenser les pertes survenues avec le retrait des matières grasses. Il est également enrichi en vitamine D.
