English: South Station, located at 700 Atlantic Avenue at the intersection with Summer Street in Boston, Massachusetts, was completed in 1899, and was designed by Shepley, Rutan and Coolidge in the Neoclassical style. Renovation and expansion of the station was completed in 1989. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
