The Townsend Building at 1123 Broadway (1121-1127, also known as 9 West 25th Street) at the corner of West 25th Street in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1896-97 and was designed by Cyrus L. W. Eidlitz in the Classical Revival style. The 12-story office building replaced the Worth House hotel, and lies within the Madison Square North Historic District.
