English: Media related to U.S. Route 163 in Utah, a 41.405-mile (66.635 km) section of Numbered Highway in southern San Juan County, Utah, United States, that runs north–south through Monument Valley and connects U.S. Route 163 in Arizona with U.S. Route 191 in Bluff.

From 1910 to 1970, the current corridor of U.S. Route 163 in the state, was designated by the Utah State Legislature as State Route 47. In 1970, as part of a re-alignment of United States Numbered Highways in the Four Corners region, the corridor was designated as U.S. Route 163, but retained its State Route 47 designation within Utah. In 1977, the State Route 47 designation was deleted from the state highway system and U.S. Route 163 in Utah was designated as State Route 163.
