Category:Undelete in 2043

From Wikimedia Commons, the free media repository
Jump to: navigation, search
English: Previously deleted files entering into Public domain in 2043 and requested for undeletion at that time.

Note: If you are basing the date on "70 years after the death of the author", note that according to the legal definition copyright expires on 31st December of the calendar year of death. So, the file becomes copyright free on 1st January of the following year. The correct year category to use is thus Year of Death + 70 + 1 unless the country of origin has a copyright term of less, or more, than 70 years.

Important: You must include the deletion request subpage in the category, not the image itself, as a deleted file will not show up in the category. Alternatively, just add the name of the file to the category.

Note about Paleis lange voorhout.jpg[edit]

The photo contained a still copyrighted Escher work, blanked to allow to illustrate this topic on Commons. Please restore the following version:

(show/hide) 2005-10-21T14:02:38 . . Michiel1972 (talk | contribs | block) 2,048×1,536 (1,385,314 bytes) ({{michiel1972/afbeeldinginfo|omschrijving=Paleis Lange Voorhout / Esscher-museum, Den Haag, Netherlands, 21 oktober 2005}} {{GFDL-self}})

The Niabot version isn't of course an Escher work and could be ignored. --Dereckson (talk) 14:23, 21 May 2011 (UTC)
