Problematic files from Category:Books provided by the BNF[edit]

Hi there is a lot of problematic files in this upload. I grouped some of them at Category:Books provided by the BNF: with broken creator template‎ and Category:Books provided by the BNF: without license. I can probably add licenses to most files in the second category if someone tackles the first one. --Jarekt (talk) 14:39, 8 November 2012 (UTC)

How files get included in Category:Books provided by the BNF: with broken creator template‎? I took the first file (File:Argens - Critique du siècle ou Lettres sur divers sujets, tome 1.tif) and I don't see what's broken. Yann (talk) 15:17, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
Those are the files that (at some point) had redlink creator templates. I think I found them by finding BNF files with word "{{Creator:" but which were not transcluding creator template. I just made sure all the files in that category have redlink creators. --Jarekt (talk) 18:45, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
It seems that DJVU versions are not included in Category:Books provided by the BNF: with broken creator template. Yann (talk) 09:34, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
You are right. I am adding those too. --Jarekt (talk) 18:19, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
The licenses are OK now. Yann (talk) 06:21, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for working on it but, I do not think they are OK. Category:Books provided by the BNF: without license was meant to hold all the files where dates of death have to be looked-up so we can add proper license (ideally {{PD-old-auto}} or {{PD-old-100}}), and if you are going to look up dates of death than why not add them to the creator template so others can see them too? I checked one of your last edits File:Pereire - Autour de Saint-Simon.tif and you added {{PD-old}}, which assumes 70 years since author's death, to someone that died in 1957 (according to Category:Alfred Pereire). That is not right. --Jarekt (talk) 13:17, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
OOps. File moved to Wikisource, and deleted on Commons. Yann (talk) 13:35, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
