Es gibt category:Bremen (state) und diese category:Bremen. Die Beschreibung dieser Kategorie sagt in deutsch Bremen sei die Hauptstadt des Landes. In den anderen Sprachen aber Bremen sei das Land oder beides. Das passt alles nicht. Was soll diese Kategorie beinhalten? --Diwas (talk) 14:08, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

There are category:Bremen (state) and this category:Bremen. The german definition on this category: Bremen is City, Capital of State Bremen. But in other languages Bremen is the State or both. Hi Diwas, the Category:Bremen should contain all media related to the city of Bremen – the Category:Bremen (state) is the upper-level category for all categories related to the state of Bremen, which is made up of the cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven. By now this category does only contain a couple of sub-categories, but in the long run it should compass upper-level categories for all Bremen- and Bremerhaven-related issues (e.g. Category:Theaters in Bremen (state) → Category:Theaters in Bremen and Category:Theaters in Bremerhaven), as well as all categories directly related to the state of Bremen. The basic difficulty here probably is, that state (Land) and city (Stadt) have the same name and that some categories are still not named correctly – for instance Category:Government of Bremen should be more precisely named Category:Government of Bremen (state). Additionally – as You pointed out – the defintions here are not consistent and should be adapted to the german wording (I already adapted it in english and spanish).
