Categorization of Magnolia[edit]

You know, I've lived in Essex County most of my life, and I always thought Magnolia was an independent town. It was tough for me to reconcile the fisherman environment of downtown Gloucester with the fine houses and splendid views, reserved for the wealthy, of Magnolia. And yet, Magnolia is a district of Gloucester, just like Annisquam and all the rest. What does that mean for us here on Commons? Well, you know, there is a categorization policy and it says that pictures shall not both appear in a category and a subcategory under it. Now, Gloucester is a subcategory of Essex County, and Magnolia is a subcategory of Gloucester. Therefore if Magnolia appears under Gloucester it is not to appear under Essex County. This is tough to understand, I know, but you will get the hang of it. Any questions?Botteville (talk) 23:07, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
